Prize Official Rules

The drawing is invitation-only. It is open to participants of the program who have received and accepted a written invitation from the sponsor, and who are at least 18 years old and legal residents of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia at the time of entry. Being accepted into the program does not by itself enter you into the drawing. Employees of the sponsor and their immediate family or household members cannot win.

Entries are collected during the qualifying period announced to participants by email and on the program leaderboard at least fourteen days before it starts. The drawing takes place within fourteen days after the period ends. The sponsor's clock decides when the period opens and closes.

• you are entered once you accept the sponsor's invitation and publish at least one video with the program's product during the qualifying period;
• one entry per person, regardless of how many videos you publish or how much you sell;
• entry is free: the product is provided to you at no cost, and no payment, purchase or advertising spend is ever required.

One winner is selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries, conducted by the sponsor. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants in the period. The sponsor's decisions on eligibility and on the conduct of the drawing are final.

• one (1) grand prize: a trip with an approximate retail value of $5,000 USD;
• the prize covers travel and accommodation arranged by the sponsor up to that value; anything beyond it — extra nights, meals, insurance, passports, visas, transfers, spending money — is the winner's responsibility;
• travel dates are agreed with the winner and depend on availability; the prize cannot be transferred or exchanged, and cash is not substituted except at the sponsor's discretion;
• if a component of the trip becomes unavailable, the sponsor may replace it with one of equal or greater value.

The winner is notified by email at the address in their application within five business days of the drawing and must respond within seven days. The winner may be asked to sign an eligibility and liability release before the prize is awarded. If the winner cannot be reached, is not eligible or declines, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner is drawn.

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. US winners receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize, and the sponsor may require a completed W-9 before the prize is awarded.

Except where prohibited by law, accepting the prize allows the sponsor to use the winner's name, creator handle, city and program content to announce the result and to promote the program, without further payment.

The sponsor is not responsible for entries lost through technical failures, for circumstances beyond its control, or for anything that happens during the trip itself, to the extent the law allows. If fraud, a technical failure or any other cause makes a fair drawing impossible, the sponsor may modify, suspend or cancel the drawing and award the prize among the eligible entries collected up to that moment.

Disputes are governed by the laws of the state where the sponsor is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

The result is announced on the program leaderboard; to request the winner's name by email, write to the address below. Personal data collected for the drawing is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
