Regenix Labs Creator Program

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026

This policy explains what we collect when you apply to the Regenix Labs Creator Program, what we do with it and how you can get it removed. It covers this website and the creator dashboard.

What we collect

Information you give us in the application form:

  • your name and email address;
  • your TikTok handle, a link to your profile and a link to one of your videos;
  • your follower count and engagement rate as you report them;
  • your market and content niche;
  • optional contacts you choose to add — Instagram, WhatsApp, Discord;
  • your answers to the checkboxes: whether you are based in the US, whether you already have TikTok Shop Affiliate access, and whether you want program emails.

Information we collect automatically when you visit the site:

  • how you reached us — campaign tags in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) and the click identifiers fbclid and ttclid;
  • advertising events through the Meta pixel: a page view and the fact that an application was submitted;
  • a sign-in cookie in the creator dashboard, and standard web server logs including your IP address.

Information we receive from other services once you join:

  • your sales results for our products from the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program — we see only what TikTok Shop reports to us as the brand;
  • public reach, likes and comments on the videos of the TikTok account you connect — this is the engagement part of your score;
  • payout status from our payment provider (we never see your card or bank details).

Why we use it

  • to review your application and tell you the decision;
  • to run the program: assign you to a group, calculate your score, publish the leaderboard, confirm results;
  • to pay bonuses and prizes, and to meet the tax rules that come with paying them;
  • to send program email — the decision on your application, sprint announcements and, if you opted in, program news;
  • to measure our advertising: which campaign brought which application, so we do not keep paying for ads that bring nobody;
  • to detect fraud — fake engagement, bought followers, self-purchases.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anything outside the program.

Cookies and the Meta pixel

The site sets a cookie only where it is needed to keep you signed in to the creator dashboard. For advertising we use the Meta pixel, which reports a page view and a submitted application to Meta so we can measure the cost of a creator application.

You can turn advertising tracking off at any time: in your Meta ad preferences, by blocking third-party cookies or scripts in your browser, or with any tracking blocker. The application form works with the pixel blocked.

Who else sees it

  • TikTok Shop — the affiliate program itself, where your sales are tracked;
  • Meta — advertising events described above;
  • our email provider (Brevo), which delivers program email;
  • our payment provider (Stripe), which handles payouts;
  • our hosting provider, which runs this site;
  • anyone we are legally required to give it to, or a party that helps us defend a legal claim.

Your handle and results are also visible to other participants on the program leaderboard — that is the point of the leaderboard, and it shows your public creator identity, never your contacts.

How long we keep it

Applications are kept while the program runs, so we can see your history if you apply again. Data connected to payments is kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us to delete your data and we will, except for what those rules force us to keep.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from program news with the link at the bottom of any of those emails.
  • Ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by writing to [email protected].
  • If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we hold, to have it deleted and to opt out of «sharing» for advertising — write to [email protected] and we will handle it. We do not sell personal information.

Security and age

Access to applications and results is limited to the people who run the program, and every change to a participant record is logged. The program is for creators aged 18 and over; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes are also announced by email to active participants.
